LA  PETITE MAISON

 La Petite Maison faces the courtyard next to La Grande Maison. Exposed stone walls and old oak beams show that it dates from anything up to 400 years ago, and is maybe much older. Downstairs the large living/dining room (17ft 6 x 17ft) with its oak beams and inglenook fireplace is very well insulated, cool in summer and warm in winter. It has a dining table to seat six, a  cottage bergere sofa and chairs, and a  TV/DVD unit. There is a large farmhouse kitchen (21 x 10) and the rear hallway contains a washing machine and plenty of storage space, even for bikes, also  a separate shower room/wc. Upstairs a wide landing brings you to 2 bedrooms (each 14 x 10'6), one with a double bed and one with two single beds, each bedroom having its own new en-suite bathroom. We can provide a sofa bed for an extra guest should you need it, for either upstairs or down. There are discounted prices for booking the two houses together. Each house sleeps 5 plus baby. Book early for July/August weeks which fill up quickly!
